THE FOUNDER OF THE ‘INVESTMENT AND DEVELOPMENT’ COMPANY IS HAKOB AVAGYAN.

Hakob Avagyan studied construction at the Yerevan Polytechnic Institute. Late in the 1996 He settled in the United States. Early in the 2000s, he was involved in installation works of ventilation systems in buildings. Since 2008, he has been involved in construction activities and has been specialized in construction in the sphere of private houses and town-houses. Up to date a number of projects implemented by Hakob Avagyan have participated in various exhibitions in the United States and have won different awards.

In all buildings constructed by Hakob Avagyan the use of modern technologies and equipment provides the conformity of these constructions to international standards. Besides they have unique design, and the interior of such constructions are distinguished by their harmonious solutions and most importantly after planning and construction of both residential houses and town houses each square meter has its own target value.

After a 20-years break in 2016, when Hakob Avagyan visited his birthplace Yerevan, he decided to establish a specialized construction company that would implement major investment projects in the field of construction and real estate.
